I wouldn’t even say metal, but rather suggest any Crust Punk band hailing form Portland, Japan (!) or MONTREAL!

This could actually have been the cover of an Inepsy release or Inepsy t-shirt and with Inepsy hailing from Montreal (so does Sara) there might even be a link here??
