If you love your poached eggs as much as I do – then stop hunting and start eating at “Westville” in West Village.
Ok, you might have to wait outside in the cold before you get seated (so dress as Kat and Bianca – and, yes – Bianca’s fur is vintage), and you have to go through the kitchen to use the restroom – but it is so worth it. The service is excellent – and the brunch menu is just fab. My favourite is the poached eggs on muffins with salmon, spinach, cream cheese and some special mashed potatoes from somewhere in heaven.
Bianca had the lamb sausages… Not so bad either.
Full and happy – with no hungover (almost)…
The kitchen is very busy and you can have a peak on how they prepare your food on your way to the bathroom.
And they make those cute patterns in your coffee…
Perfect formula: Big portions (plus big biceps) = totally happiness (minus the moustache)

So now – just sit down and wait for your turn!
