When I was invited to test “Space for Wellness” I was not expecting to end up flying on Dr Caraccilo’s back – up side down.
Ok, I wasn’t up side down and flying at the same time. But it was close. But first I had the greatest Thai massage from Sarah based on a traditional Thai massage system with the wisdom of Ayurvedic/Yoga teachings. My body got a gentle stretch while Sarah applied light pressure on the acupressure points and energy lines. And voila – I was ready for some more serious activities with Dr Caraccilo…
