When I was at a photo shoot yesterday, I met a make-up artist that had the best beauty tips for hangovers.
With no sleep as a result of outrageous clubbing (I hope you don’t read this mom), and 14 hours of shooting ahead of me, I was in in bad need of good advice from a professional to look fresh. Luckily, the Swedish make-up artist Veronica helped me out with some of her beauty secrets.
Since I am a real amateur when it comes to make-up, it was really nice to get some advice from a veteran in the beauty-business. For instance, she taught me the purpose of covering your whole face with lots of white powder as a part of a make up rituale…
…it’s to avoid that the eyeshadow falls down and make traces on your cheeks.
Veronica’s favorite mascara is Effet Cils by Yves Saint Laurent. Put on some false lashes as well - it gives you a really intensive and sexy look! (I was so happy with mine that I slept with them).
Unfortunately I can’t reveal what kind of project I am working on right now, but I really enjoyed having my personal movie clipboard.
Veronica and I had a great time together, and the rest of the crew just referred to us as the Scandinavilous.
If you need any advice or professional make-up help, contact Veronica!
