Meeting Tom Cruise was actually one of my highlights this year. I mean although he is a bit wacko – he is still Tom Cruise.
When Tom is not watching Katie’s play on Broadway (yes, he has seen it 20 times, he claims) – or is running away form paparazzies with Suri on his arm, or is attending meetings in the church of Scientology, he is still making movies. Earlier this year we were quite surprised to see him play a hilarious charcter in “Tropic Thunder” – but this time it is more serious. “Valkyrie” is about a German hero during the 2. world war.
After the press conference was over Tom Cruise stayed for over 15 minutes to talk to us. Although his assistant kept telling us it was over, Tom simply refused to leave…

A press conference is usually a really good place to study human nature. Greed and rudeness is one of the trades a lot of reporters worship. Here are some examples (of course we Norwegian journalists just sit and smile and do as we are told – and do all the preparations needed.)
Anki is the VJ for the Norwegian edition of MTV’s Headbanger’s Ball.
Now she is producing Headbanger’s Ball for Denmark and producing/presenting the Norwegian edition, and all this from New York!
Kerel is trying to learn to do nothing and let the universe flow through. He really loves spirituality and music. So he combines the two. He grew up in Brooklyn, NY. reverbnation.com/mgca ; myspace.com/consciousarts ; twitter.com/mgca108
Troy will be writing about his adventures as a NYC promoter and what it's like working behind the impossible door that's filled with glitz, glamour and celebrities.
Liz works in client relations for a large financial institution. She resides on the Upper East Side. Working hours spent on Wall Street, but after the markets close.... say no more!

I think that Tom Cruise is the best Hollywood actor i have ever seen…and his looks belongs to acting not male models.
