The only way to detonate the bomb in West Village was to eat it. Luckily there was a Swedish expert in the hood.

Before you detonate carb bombs you can chill out while reading a book or just pretend to, so no one gets suspicious. There is also a Café Angelique in Soho, but with much less seating. But both have amazing melt in your mouth croissants, fresh squeezed orange juice, fantastic lattes and heavenly quiche.
