I have one thing to say about Rue B on Avenue B - damn, why didn’t I find this place earlier!
When my friend Bianca wanted to show me her favourite brunch spot I was of course thrilled. And since I am a truffle lover I was in heaven. Truffle for breakfast - hello!
Rue B is located on Avenue B, but there is nothing French about the place except from the name.
The walls are plastered with black and white portraits of famous American sports stars, movie scenes and rock and roll icons and plenty of other hipster nostalgia that will keep you entertained while you are waiting for your tasty food. The Art Deco banquettes actually belonged to the Stanhope Hotel back in the 1930s.
