Working with Paris Hilton is not exactly a dance on roses …
When Paris visited Copenhagen a couple of weeks ago, the city entered into a climax of celebrity hysteria! Paris Hilton was in Copenhagen to promote her bag collection; a cooperation between two Danish entrepreneurs.
I got a small close-up brush with the star. A new bag collection requires its own campaign, and Paris had to be the model, of course.
You’re naturally a bit nervous when showing up in the photo studio at 7.30 in the morning, having to wait all of three and a half hours before the star herself saunters through the doors with her entire entourage trailing after her, saying “I love your t-shirt” to me!
After surviving a bit of drama about the terrible(!) taste of Danish food, several hair crises and outfit changes, we finally shot our first photo at 3pm!!! Yes, some things take time ….
 
All things considered, it was a good day, but for me the definite highlight was her boy friend Benji (from the rock band Good Charlotte) who had tagged along for the ride! Extremely nice guy, who was a perfect moral support for Paris (he whispered sweet nothings in her ear constantly, dishing out comments like “you look great baby” and “I love your body in that”). Well, I am a fan, and when I finally pulled myself together, asking to take a photo of Benji boy, my phone’s power went out the very instant I pressed the button.. Hence the blurry picture …
Bonus info! Paris used false eyelashes for the photos from MAC. Nr #7
